Here are items that I love and always have in my house (or in my trunk).  I always keep snacks in my car so I can re-fuel after I work out.  I’ve learned that if I don’t have snacks in the trunk, I will either overeat later, or pig out on something from the store that looks really good, but makes me feel guilty for eating.
